As the summer season is in full swing, CTMA Ferry would like to remind its customers of its boarding policy: All passengers must arrive at the wharf 90 minutes before the ship's departure.
Departure times in high season
Cap-aux-Meules: 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Souris: 2 p.m. and 2 a.m.
According to our boarding policy, latecomers will automatically be relegated to the waiting line of vehicles and will lose their guarantee of having a place on this crossing, since they will have the last priority of boarding, after commercial vehicles.
Loading operations begin one hour and a half before the departure of the ship. We count on the good cooperation of passengers to facilitate these operations.
Changing the order of priority at boarding
Here is the new boarding priority order in effect during the high season (June 15 to September 14):
Day trips:
1. Reserved vehicles
2. Trailers of perishable goods
3. Standby vehicles
4. Commercial equipment
5. Latecomers
Night trips:
1. Reserved vehicles
2. Trailers of perishable goods
3. Commercial equipment
4. Standby vehicles
5. Latecomers
