What to do if there is a problem with a reservation?
The acceptance or decline of a transaction is the responsibility of an external vendor, who, in turn, acts as an intermediary with your financial institution. If you had trouble completing your transaction, you can:
- Try making the payment with another credit card (for some reason unknown to CTMA, some credit cards have a better success rate);
- Contact your financial institution to check what happened and to authorize the transaction;
- During business hours (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Atlantic Time):
