What to do if there is a problem with a reservation?
The acceptance or decline of a transaction is the responsibility of an external vendor, who, in turn, acts as an intermediary with your financial institution. If you had trouble completing your transaction, you can:
- Try making the payment with another credit card (for some reason unknown to CTMA, some credit cards have a better success rate);
- Contact your financial institution to check what happened and to authorize the transaction;
- During business hours:

For an urgent request (to book, change or cancel a reservation) for a crossing that takes place in less than 24 hours: call 1-888-986-3278, press 8 and leave a detailed message about your emergency. A member of our team will call you back as soon as possible to help you resolve the situation.

Will crossings be added in the high season?
Because the new ferry will have a larger capacity than the current one, the schedule planned for the high season is 7 round-trip crossings per week, with daytime trips only. However, night trips may be added to the schedule if necessary.
How can I change my reservation?
It is once again possible to change a reservation online. To do so, please log in to your account.
How to make a change from a mobile or tablet:
1. From the reservation website, click on the top right to log into your account
2. Click on your name at the top right, then click on Modify
3. Make your changes
How to make a change from a computer:
1. Click on the top right to log into your account
2. Click on the top right to go to your account
3. Click Modify

The edit button in my account doesn't work, what should I do?
If the modify button is shaded and it is not clickable, you have created or modified your reservation by phone. Thus, it is not possible to modify your reservation online. You must contact customer service at 1 888 986-3278 to make a change.
The phone lines are busy and I am trying to make a last-minute reservation. What should I do?
If you need to make a reservation for an emergency (medical appointment outside the Islands and/or death of an immediate family member), please write us the details of your demand at: This email address is being protected from spambots.
